1.       We sell only new car trades that were purchased directly from trading dealer.

2.       All our vehicles are inspected by an independent 3rd party not affiliated with our dealership or the dealership where the vehicle was traded in. The inspection rates are 95%+ accurate, photos of inspection listed, please read carefully.

3.       All vehicles are sold as is with no warranty. No guarantee to state inspection or road worthiness.

4.       $129 documentation fee added to all sales. Documents necessary for purchase such as title, bill of sale, odometer statement, etc. to be sent to winning bidder via registered mail.

5.       All vehicles purchased will include a 60 day drive out tag issued from the state of Arkansas.

6.       Vehicles are stored at trading dealership. Visual inspection only. Keys and gate code will be provided to winning bidder only after purchase and full payment received. No help available to load. No sales tax to be collected by Arkansas dealer. Any sales tax owed to be paid by purchaser in their state.
